Nordell is a Worthing-based manufacturer specialising in precision injection moulding, tooling, assembly, and supply chain support for customers across the UK and international markets.
Established in 1968, Nordell has grown into a trusted supplier for businesses across a wide range of sectors, combining technical expertise with long-term investment in people, processes, and technology. From its Worthing site, the company supports customers across 13 countries and four continents, with around 40% of its work exported internationally.
Nordell continues to invest in advanced capability, including automation, two-shot moulding, an ISO Class 7 cleanroom, and integrated digital systems that improve visibility, quality, and delivery performance. In 2025, the business produced more than 11 million components and assemblies while maintaining 99% on-time delivery.
Sustainability and people development are central to Nordell’s future. The company has installed 800 solar panels across its site, generating 286MWh of clean solar energy in 2025, and continues to work closely with local colleges, education providers, and young people to support skills development in manufacturing.
