James Stoner – JSPC Computer Services

A familiar face on the local business scene is entrepreneur James Stoner. James founded JSPC Computer Services in 2002 and has since seen it grow into one of the largest independent ICT providers in the South East. In addition to his business success, James is also passionate about mentoring other local businesses and young people. His altruism and dedication to his local community have led him to be involved in the Adur & Worthing Business Awards for many years and resulted in him being awarded Adur & Worthing’s Business Person of the Year. “It is such a great way to connect with companies in the Worthing area. Over the years, I have loved seeing lots of new businesses come through the awards and go on to achieve great things.”

Tracie Davey – Worthing & Adur Chamber Of Commerce

Tracie is the Chief Exec of the Chamber and has worked there for 16 years, seeing it grow into the successful Chamber it is now. Worthing and Adur Chamber represents the local business community and is there to support you, help you raise your profile and make sure you are heard.  Prior to joining the Chamber, Tracie ran her own retail business, Artifax in Broadwater, for 9 years and was a partner in her family’s long-established local printing company until it was sold in 2004. Tracie is passionate about local business and always looks forward to celebrating the local success stories.

Kira McKinney – Carpenter Box

Kira is the Communications Director at Chartered Accountants Carpenter Box, keen supporters of the Worthing and Adur Chamber and the local business community. She maintains responsibility for the firm’s marketing and communication strategy and focuses on putting clients at the centre of its thinking. Prior to joining Carpenter Box in 2016, she spent nearly a decade at leading business intelligence company Informa, helping to drive their digital transformation. Kira is looking forward to seeing how local businesses have adapted and supported their customers through these challenging years.

Martin Randall 

Martin has extensive experience in the public sector and of working in partnership with local businesses.  Prior to his retirement earlier this year, Martin held the position of Director of Place at Adur & Worthing Councils, supporting major redevelopment programmes and securing private sector and government funding for this work.  Martin has been a Director of The Sphere Business Centre and the Adur & Worthing Business Partnership.  Martin is a chartered Town Planner and former City Planner at Brighton & Hove, playing a key role in major development projects including the Amex Community Stadium.

Peter Webb MBE DL – Electronic Temperature Instruments Ltd

Peter has run his own business, Electronic Temperature Instruments Ltd (ETI), for over 40 years. ETI Ltd is now the UK’s largest electronic digital thermometer manufacturer, producing a range of catering and industrial electronic thermometers, and other associated instrumentation at four sites based in Worthing. Peter is an active member of the Worthing and Adur Chamber of Commerce and Adur & Worthing Business Partnership and has mentored a number of start-up businesses. In 2013 Peter received a “Lifetime Achievement Award” at the Adur and Worthing Business Awards and in 2015 he won the IOD Director of the Year for London & the South East. Peter was also honoured with an MBE for services to Business in 2015 and more recently he was invited to become a West Sussex Deputy Lieutenant and has been an active Deputy Lieutenant (DL) in the county since 2019.
